Community niche problem: Everyone in the community sees the same niche list, so we're all picking the same ones. How do you find niches that aren't already saturated by other members running the exact same playbook?

My idea — soccer micro-niches: I was thinking three episodic series: Transfers Explained, Manager Chaos, and Icon Careers. Is the football/soccer niche on the classroom list worth pursuing, or too competitive?

Evaluating a niche independently: Is there a systematic way to validate a niche is low-competition before committing — beyond just looking at the community list?

Nexlev.io: The classroom points to it as a niche-finding tool. Do I actually need it if I'm already in this community? What does it give me that isn't already here?

Minimum viable toolset: What tools do I actually need to get started? VidNinjas, VidRush, Nexlev — all of them or just some? What's the starter stack vs. the full stack?

VidRush: The classroom mentions it for editing access. Is that still the recommended path or has VFI Editing Services replaced it?

My intended workflow: I want to generate scripts with AI then hand them to an editing team. Is that the right approach, and does VFI Editing Services support that end-to-end?

Pricing confusion — two numbers: Standard Plan = $450/mo (30 videos, VFI members). Custom Animation = $1,100/30 videos (Inner Circle). Which applies to me and what's the actual difference?

Basic vs. Standard vs. Premium: What does the output actually look like at each tier? What's visibly different about the videos?

Avoiding AI detection: What does staying compliant actually look like in 2025–2026? Is it the voice, the visuals, the editing — or all of it?

Real risk level: Is this "be careful but it's fine" or are channels actually getting flagged and demonetized at scale right now?
